Modeling and Fabrication of flexible c-Si solar cells, Black silicon solar cell, Plasmonics solar cell, Surface passivation of c-Si solar cell, Nano and Opto-electronics devices, Bio-inspired opto-electronics devices, PV Systems, Renewable energy sources, Electric Vehicles, Embedded Systems and Cyber Security.

• Semiconductor Process Engineering: PECVD Deposition, Thermal oxidation, Sputtering, Evaporation, Spin coating, nano-sphere lithography and Chemical Etching.
• Semiconductor Material Characterization: Profilometry, PL measurement, FTIR, UV-VIS, XRD, FESEM.
• Solar Simulator Calibration and Troubleshooting: Expert in calibration of Solar simulator and testing the cells in all weather conditions. Reliability studies.
• Process and Device simulation: Comsol Multiphysics, Design of Experiment (DOE).
• Series & Shunt Resistance and internal Device Parameter Extraction: Electrical characterization of solar cells and extracting device parameters using MATLAB.
