Efficiency Enhancement for BHEL production cells

This department has obtained a project entitled “Enhancement of Baseline efficiency of c-Si solar cells by 0.2-0.3% through incorporation of Silicon Nitride nanoparticles on front surface”, given by BHEL-ASSCP. We have successfully enhanced the end efficiency of the industry standard multicrystalline silicon solar cell from 18.1% to 18.3% through a controlled exposure of Argon plasma with optimized process parameters.

Grid Outage Mitigation System

A battery less device for Mitigation of Grid Outage for Grid Tied Solar PV Power Plant
A small device charged from the solar PV power only will keep the grid tied central/string solar inverter operational even during grid failure and to serve the local/critical AC loads. This is a cost effective solution for mitigation of grid outage at day time when availability of solar irradiance is significant.
Solar E-Rickshaw has dual battery charging provision i.e, mains & solar. It gives more mileage & long battery life than normal E-rickshaw.
